P90X - Day 4 (Yoga X)

A dollar short and a day late... I didn't do Arms & Shoulders yesterday. I was way too busy. I ended up doing it today since I did not plan to do Yoga X (see below) because of my personal beliefs. I didn't have the proper weights so this was really hard for me.

Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee
Meal 2 - breakfast burrito (3 eggs, turkey sausage, pepper jack cheese)
Meal 3 - protein shake w/ bananas and strawberries
Meal 4 - smoothie
Meal 5 - chicken fajitas, coffee
Meal 6 - protein shake
