P90X - Day 14 (Stretch X)

I woke up today at 5 am to finish Legs & Back and Ab Ripper X. Keep in mind that I just finished Arms & Shoulders at 12:30 this morning... I felt like throwing up when I was done. I hate Ab Ripper X with a passion. I walked in the afternoon for about 45 min...

Meal 1 - protein shake
Meal 2 - oatmeal, coffee
Meal 3 - turkey, stuffing, mixed veggies
Meal 4 - banana, coffee
Meal 5 - grilled chicken (leg and thigh), flour tortilla
Meal 6 - protein shake w/ banana and peanut butter
