Day 5 - P90X (Legs & Back , Ab Ripper X)

I didn't want to fall behind so I did this late in the evening. It was really cool because my wife joined in and worked out w/ me. We had to do mad lunges. The wall squats were the worst part of it. I struggled a little with the pull ups but I managed with a little help from my handy-dandy milk crate. By the end of the workout my shirt was soaking wet.

Meal 1 - huevos rancheros, turkey sausage,
potatoes O'Brien, coffee
Meal 2 - protein shake
Meal 3 - fish tacos
Meal 4 - string cheese
Meal 5 - chicken sandwich
Meal 6 - protein shake
