P90X - Day 11 (Yoga X)

I haven't caught up on my workouts and I am really falling behind. I spent most of my Saturday sleeping. I've been mad tired.

Meal 1 - breakfast burrito (turkey, egg, potatoes), coffee
Meal 2 - popcorn
Meal 3 - turkey lasagna rolls
Meal 4 - protein shake
Meal 5 - 1/2 grilled cheese
Meal 6 - chicken quesadilla
