Marcelino Tinajero, 33, was arrested on Jan. 27 and booked on suspicion of unlawful sex with a minor, Los Angeles police Officer Gregory Baek said.
Tinajero had been working as a volunteer counselor at Shepherd of the Hills Church in Porter Ranch, where the teenage girl was a member.
Church officials say Tinajero had been volunteering August 2009, leading investigators to suspect he may have more victims.
Tinajero is a male Hispanic with black hair, brown eyes, 5 feet 7 inches tall, and weighs approximately 180 pounds.
He was booked into Men's Central Jail on January 27, 2011 and is facing multiple counts of sex crimes against a minor.

That girl isn't a victim, she got caught up in what she thought was love. She fooled around with a married man for 6 months. She knew exactly what she was doing. And where were her parents in all of this. That little piece is going to ruin his life while her parents may take away her iphone for a week. Is that justice?

ReplyDeleteI don't think that a grown @ss man taking advantage of a teenager is justifiable. You may have some insider knowledge that this girl knew Tinajero was married but that doesn't change the fact that it's still against the law in the state of California for grown douche bags to have sex with minors. 'That little piece" didn't ruin his life. That idiot did it to himself. He should have been more responsible and thought of the consequences instead. Besides, why didn't he just get with someone his own age or at least above the legal age!
ReplyDeleteomg i go to that church wow peopl now these days . he a grown as man to know better to not sleep with a miner . But also a teen that 16 should also know better not to be sleeping with an older man as well knowing she is under age . cant balieve memeber at church did this
