'Loving the Bad Man' - a lesson in forgiveness (OneNewsNow.com)

On February 9, Prison Fellowship hosted actor Stephen Baldwin, star of the organization's new feature film Loving the Bad Man, and his media partners for an advanced screening of the movie. The full-length motion picture, scheduled to reach theaters nationwide in April, tells the full-circle story of a young sexual assault victim who, through her Christian faith, finds healing and the power to forgive her attacker and father of her child.

After rape victim Julie Thompson, played by Christine Kelly, decides to visit her attacker in prison, she struggles to forgive him. But as her faith allows her to do so, he learns to accept responsibility for his crime and the child produced by it.
