My wife is due for an upgrade on her phone. I suggested she order it by phone but because my wife suffers from impatience we decided to walk into our local Sprint store. What a mistake that was. If you have ever had any experience with a government agency like DMV, county hospital, welfare or jail then you are familiar with 'hurry up and wait'. We first walked in and it was chaos. There was no one in front to greet us. It took us about 5 min to get someone's attention only to be put on a list. 30 min later we were finally greeted properly. Definitely a contrast from my experience at the Encino store.
